Homes & Spaces We Have Designed Across Nepal

Each project reflects our commitment to Vastu principles, modern design, and the unique needs of each client.

Concept Design

About our concept designs

Some of the work below carries a Concept Design badge. These are designs prepared by our studio rather than buildings we have completed — real Nepali plot sizes, real municipal by-laws and real Vastu placement, worked through the way we would work through yours. We publish them so you can judge how we think about a brief: how a tight four-aana plot is planned, how Vastu is set at drawing stage instead of corrected later, and how a sloped site or a rental building is handled.

Bring us your plot and your brief and we will design for it specifically — and manage the construction through to handover if you want one team from drawing to keys.
